What warranty do the products have IRISANA?

All IRISANA products are guaranteed with the legal guarantee protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

To have access to the guarantee it is essential to prove the purchase of the product by presenting the ticket or purchase invoice, provided that the delivery of the product is later than the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

1.- Warranty is for a period of 2 years from the time of delivery.

2.-Conformity of the product is guaranteed in accordance with the use for which it is intended.

3.- Within the warranty period we will correct without charge any defect of operation of the product due to its manufacture, either repairing, replacing parts or providing a new product, provided that the chosen option is feasible and is not economically disproportionate at our discretion.

4.- The repair makes the calculation of the period referred to in paragraph 1 above. the period of suspension shall begin from the time the consumer makes the good available to the seller and shall conclude with the delivery to the consumer of the appliance. Accordingly, the warranty will be extended for the duration of such repair.

Warranty nullity

This warranty shall not be valid in cases of: misuse, improper use of the product, improper handling of the product, deterioration of the product due to external agents such as lime or other harmful, chemical, obstructive or corrosive products, due to improper maintenance, lack of cleaning or use of non-original spare parts of the brand.

It also does not cover the usual wear and tear or maintenance or replacement of consumables.

This product has been designed for single and exclusive home use and therefore the warranty does not take care of professional use or its use for unforeseen functionalities.

This guarantee does not affect the rights available to the holder in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
