How to use the Iriscup menstrual cup

Iriscup is the ecological substitute for pads and tampons. It respects the vaginal environment, adapting to your body while avoiding losses, in the most comfortable, safe, simple, ecological, economical and hygienic way with a useful life of approximately 10 years.

The menstrual cup is a medical silicone container that is inserted inside the vagina during menstruation, adapting to the vaginal walls at all times and collects all the flow inside the cup. You can take the cup inside for up to 12 hours without having to worry.

It is used throughout the cycle, emptying and cleaning it 2-3 times every 24 hours–depending on your flow. At the end of your cycle, you only sterilize it with boiling water and keep it in its cotton bag until your next menstruation.

The modes of application are in two ways, as shown in the graph .

It will be inserted later. Once the period of use has passed, it is removed, emptied and the menstrual cup will be disinfected.
